Wow thanks for this, always assumed that it’s ghost writers like some of the other “big volume” names. Perhaps a topic for another day ie ghost writers?
I just started reading Never Too Late by Danielle Steel. Another book that is uninspired, written third person without character development. I was hoping it would be written like Amazing Grace about an earthquake that hit San Francisco. That was Danielle Steel at her finest when she cared about her readers and characters. Now she writes 6 bad books a year. No more purchasing her books.

Yes she insists on writing every word herself. I think the likes of James Patterson use ghost writers. Interesting idea. Thanks Philip.
u wonder what husbands no 3-5 were thinking to themselves... "it's gonna be different this time" suuuure buddy... 😂
One of the husbands she actually met (and I think married) while he was in prison. She interviewed him for a book.
Lool. She sounds like one of those ppl who's extremely good at 1 thing then very subpar in everything else.
This makes sense! She has a huge house on top of a hill in San Francisco.
I’ve seen pictures of it. It looks like a palace. Adds to the narrative that she is a bit quirky in her ways.

Thanks for the comment Lia. 🙏 If you publish so many books in a year, I can only imagine that the quality suffers.
